The Reading Room Association of Gouverneur is seeking a full-time library manager. Duties include evaluation of personnel, collection development, strengthening community relations, facility maintenance, running library activities, reporting and budgets, and following board policies. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and computer skills, and experience with modern library management software and social media. Bachelor degree required, library experience preferred.
